I had my first oil change at Byers Mazda. They were fast, which is a huge upgrade from the last dealer I used for my oil change. I also really liked that you could see prices when you scheduled online.

Great customer service every visit. Went by today to have them look at a tire constantly losing pressure. They inspected the tire and found it was a loose air stem and they fixed it at no cost. I purchased the car from their Dublin location but always come here for service needs

The last car I purchased was from a different Columbus dealer, but I chose Byers for my new Audi because they have been wonderful to us most recently servicing our older Audi. They found the car I wanted and had it shipped to Byers in a timely manner. When I went to pick up my new Audi they gave us all the time we needed to explain everything. I highly recommend Byers family of dealerships.
Byers makes it easy. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully. Pricing was good. My only suggestion would be to make the customer experience a little more like a guest in your home. Offer something to drink ( coffee, tea, water), maybe a snack , etc. . Those little touches can go a long way to keeping customers that return. We appreciated how relaxed the finance person was . I have been to many service centers over the many years I have owned vehicles. Byers Subaru Dublin is by far the best experience I have ever had. I will not use another service center moving forward. This is the best place in my opinion.

Check your hub caps before you leave. I lost 2 in about 2 weeks after having an oil change and rotation on the express side. In 20 years of driving, I've not had one just "fall off." One was replaced, the other one will just stay missing.
I've had my Mazda serviced at Byers regularly since I purchased it. I appreciate using a team who knows the quirks of my vehicle make and model. I make appointments online, which is appreciated even though the online service request system can be a little cumbersome. I find the service team to be professional and friendly. I recently took my 2020 Outback to Byers Subaru because my heater was not working. The service rep called me first thing in the morning as I had dropped it off. She asked me questions to better understand the problem in order to diagnose it accurately. In the afternoon she text that my car was ready. She knew I’m a teacher and that I was with students. I was offered a Lyft and once I arrived to pick up my car, she explained the repair clearly. She was friendly and professional, and my Outback was repaired and ready to go!

I was having electrical issues with my 2017 STi and unfortunately had to resort to getting it towed. After a late after hours drop off to the service center at Byers Airport Subaru without a prior appointment, Matt contacted me first thing in the morning to get filled in on the issues I was experiencing and was extremely transparent and helpful. Everyone at the dealership is always so nice, communication so far has been thorough and the service is always fast! The central call center is a little less informed than they should be, but it didn’t have that much of an impact. They just don’t get the length of time quite right that you’ll need to have your car at the dealership, which isn’t a problem for me because I live crazy close, but it probably would be a hassle for someone else

Dustin rocks. I mistakenly clicked on a used Sienna listed by them while searching of it in my local Chicagoland but I am so glad I did because Dustin called me and gave me every single detail of the vehicle and told me that he will have it delivered to my doorsteps. Byers handled an issue with my Forrester quickly and at low cost. I was on a tight schedule and they got me in quickly, cost as estimated and filled up the tires on my mom’s car while we waited! Everyone was helpful amd in good spirits!

I went in for a flat tire after hitting an ice block on the road. I was offered a sooner appointment than the online system indicated after talking to the service advisor. He evaluated the damage to my tire and promptly ordered a new one which arrived quickly the next day. I was able to get the new tire installed and get back on the road! Great service overall.
