We got a good trade in price for our 2013 Corolla Sport and bought a 2024 Corolla LE. There's big scratch on the door but Shayne plans to contact us when the Dent Wizard guy is at Byers Toyota and get that person to paint over the scratch with touch up paint.??

I was with the understanding that my oil changes where free since I bought the Highlander there. I was charged over $100.00 for the last oil change. They also said i needed new wipers front and back, I just replaced the back one a week before. I will not be back for this kind of work.

On my last service on my Sienna, I was informed that my spark plugs needed to be replaced and my cooling fluid also. I was aware that my spark plugs were never replaced but I was almost certain my cooling fluid was. Since I keep every record of service on all my vehicles, I went through them and did find that the cooling fluid was changed at the appropriate mileage timeframe. The service advisor did inform me of the cost of changing the spark plugs.

Good communication, got us in quick and work performed quickly. Brakes were recommended even though we feel like there is still much life left on the pads according to the video.

Used the express oil change and video check services, very quick and thorough. Recomend these services for your Mazda.

My daughter's 2019 Ford Fiesta needed new tires. Tiffany got me in immediately. While the car was there they did their inspection and found her brakes needed to be replaced and all the other stuff that goes on with front and back brakes. Employees were friendly and pleasant, my car runs well. Be careful reading fine print and approving charges when dropping off: my regular mechanic recommended a timing chain replacement which is what I scheduled but I was still charged a $170 diagnostic fee after being verbally information at dropoff (did not get an option to waive) and they texted me three "urgent" repairs--the timing chain, a 120k service (with items that had JUST been done by my mechanic 2 days prior) and a $4500 head gasket "leak" which my mechanic denied was currently problematic.

I asked Ken a very valid question about if something was covered under warranty and instead of just telling me it wasn't, he chuckled like it was an extremely silly question to ask. I hope he doesn't treat other customers like that. Very unprofessional. Service time was slow.

They are fair in most cases but on some cases they can be really expensive. My TPMS on my car was bad. They wanted $800 to change all 4. I turned it down and had it done elsewhere for $120.

The front office knocks itself to make a sale, courtesy, quick, resourceful, respectful. When the sale is made the back office forgets all about the customer. The sale lingers for weeks before it is consummated. They are either overworked, procrastinating or just poor management. I do not like it nor do I like businesses that treat their customers so shabbily. It obvious they don't care for me either.
