The salesman, Mitchell, was great. I did my research before coming in and I asked him to educate me on Subaru’s. He showed me the models I was interested in. He listened to and answered my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I made a decision and made my purchase. The finance department was great as well. They informed me but never pressured me. I would highly recommend Byers Subaru near the airport to buy a car.

These guys were fantastic! Joe, my sales-dude was great. He is new, and you can tell he's going to be good at this. Management was easy to work with. They knew where I wanted to be (price), I knew what they could do, and we met and an area that everyone won. Their other young sales guy, Liam, was also a breath of fresh air. I am so grateful for the last minute service I received! I drive a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek, and I was in Columbus, visiting from 4 hours away. I had a small problem and called to see if Byers could squeeze me in for service same day. Stevie said get here and we will do our best. I arrived about 11:30 AM and Stevie said the shop crew was going to lunch and it would most likely be 2 PM to get the car back. Extremely disappointing experience with the process surrounding a tire failure on my brand-new Subaru.
This review is not directed at any specific employee. My concern is with the overall process, lack of ownership, communication, and the extraordinary amount of time involved.
The original Yokohama tire on my brand-new Subaru failed approximately one week after I purchased the vehicle, with fewer than 300 miles on it. I paid $259 out of pocket for the replacement tire. I have always had a great experience with Brandon in service! He gets me scheduled in a timely manner, get diagnostics to me within 24-48 hours of drop-off and has gotten my issues covered under warranty each time as well. Having a good advisor and knowing what they are doing makes all the difference in your service being covered by warranty!

The service time was acceptable but trying to pay my bill and get checked out took almost as long as the service. I have never seen a business that is so Disorganized and just plain Slow. It should not be that difficult.
