Bought elsewhere but serviced my Subaru here. Service was completed within the scheduled time within the scheduled budget and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The coffee machine in the waiting area had the best latte I've tasted outside of Starbucks or Dunkin donuts! I would highly recommend.

I had a deal go sideways with Pittsburgh Audi. Columbus Audi had the exact vehicle and matched the deal. We had an agreement over the phone in less than an hour. They delivered the car to me and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they treated me.

Byers Toyota provided our first warranty service on our new vehicle. We arrived early and were done quicker than I anticipated. Byer's car salesman did a great job taking care of my auto needs and the service department was awesome.
Service was excellent. 1/2 hour in and out for an oil chamge and tire rotation, and during a rainstorm I never had to go outside. My only issue was it seemed pricy. $119.
Stevie was absolutely wonderful, she squeezed me in while I was in a time crunch and was very friendly!

I almost always have great service at Byers. I made an appointment using "Brenda" due to needing brakes along with my oil change. Unfortunately, they did not have my brake supplies in stock. So I have to come back again for the brakes. Otherwise service was great and staff apologized for "Brenda's" error after finding out she was an AI scheduler.

Byers Subaru in Dublin made my new car purchase as easy as possible. Everyone I worked with went out of their way to be welcoming and the pricing met or beat anything else in the area. Even when I told them that I was just there to test drive but it might be a few months until I was buying they were helpful and friendly and never pushed me to rush my decision.

I had an estimate elsewhere for twice the price. Bruce was helpful, not pushy ( which the other place was) and I got to see a video of the problem. I’ll go no where else! Honest, fast and did not try to get extra money out of us.

Byers is a great place to take your vehicle. If you’ve got a diesel truck Nate & Chuck are the ones you want servicing and repairing it. They are honest and it's a very busy service department. Just like all dealerships it’s over priced. Example: $81.84 to replace the cabin air filter…It’s right behind the glovebox. Way over priced
The service department has top notch customer service. I've been taking my car here for 13 years. Had an especially great experience today when I popped in for a quick fix. Steve is especially wonderful to work with and exceeded my expectations. And to top it off, I even walked out with free veggies from their garden!

Warranty replacement
Buyers did a great job. They fixed the brakes, the AC and the rocker cover. The car was returned. Everything was working great. All the repairs were made, and there was no damage to the vehicle with the new return.
