I purchased running boards with my recent purchase of 2026 Highlander and had them replaced installed by the dealership. I was a bit disappointed in the service received as the day of installation after 2 hours of waiting I was informed they didn’t have the tool to put on the 2026 running boards. Not sure why it took 2 hours to figure that out and considering it was June and they were purchased from Toyota directly how did they not know this? They did try to make it right with a “free” rental car once they had the tool and even though I only drove the car from the dealership to home and back I got dinged $10 for a one gallon on gas. So overall that wasn’t great either. Giving 4 station be generous but be sure to ask questions with your service to be sure they have the tools they need.

Kyle went above and beyond the call of duty in order to help us find and buy our new/used car. He was patient, kind, and above all, he was very honest with my mom and I. I trust/trusted him implicitly!! We've always purchased Toyota's and they have never let us down. We were Very, Very pleased with the whole buying process and are thrilled with our new car. Thanks Kyle and thank you Toyota 😊

My sales rep Austin Needham and Hunter Needham in the finance department made the truck buying process easy and stress-free. They were professional, honest, and incredibly patient throughout the process, never making me feel pressured. They took the time to answer my questions and worked with me to find a deal that made sense. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The part needed was not in stock so service started searching for it. Thought they would need it until next day to go get it and install. They were able to find part and install in same day and I was able to pick up my truck before they closed.

I went in on a Friday evening about 5 pm and was greeted by Roger Y immediately. He was great during every step of the process and his manager Josh was amazing too. They got me into my dream car within a couple hours. No bull, just a great deal and amazing customer service!! Thank you Roger, Josh, and Byers Chevrolet for helping me walk away extremely happy!!
