It only came to light when on closer inspection, I found a poorly done repair. Only after I found that did they tell me it had been in an accident significant enough to involve replacing body parts.
Had an issue with the fuel injector connection on my F-150 that the Ford app notified me about right away. Love that app. It took two days to diagnose the problem, and three days for the part to come in. The issue I have is that I had to ask for information after the first day. No one let me know anything unless I asked until the quote for the work that needed to be completed. An update after the first day would have been helpful.
